Shipping policy

US SHIPPING

We provide FREE Standard Shipping on US orders of $40 or more. For US orders less than $40, the shipping fee will be $6.80.

The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.

CANADA SHIPPING

We offer Canada Shipping at a flat rate of $15.

The estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the following countries and regions: Australia, Macao SAR, Singapore, and Taiwan.

International Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25.

The estimated delivery time is 2–21 business days.

PROCESS TIME

It usually takes 2-3 business days to process an order. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has shipped. You can also check your order status through the Website or My Account.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTY, OR OTHER TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before the package can be delivered or collected.

Any orders that are returned/rejected because of unpaid charges will be refunded minus any shipping costs we incur.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to verify your card details with your card issuer or request additional information to authenticate payment transactions. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible.

A valid contact number is required for shipping and delivery purposes. For international orders, it may also be required for customs clearance.
